Human Resources Business Manager

Role Overview: As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the overall business strategy. Your main focus will be on managing employee relations, recruitment, and selection processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital within the organization. Monitoring and enhancing HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with creating a positive work environment and overseeing a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Identifying training needs, implementing training programs, and reporting HR metrics to management will also be essential duties. Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management will be a critical aspect of your role.
