Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments. This includes understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and networking. You will be conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and following up with candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the applicant database and recruitment reports, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting in campus hiring and recruitment drives when required. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
