Human Resources Associate

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments. This includes understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and networking. You will be conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and following up with candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the applicant database and recruitment reports, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting in campus hiring and recruitment drives when required.
