Role Overview: As a member of the Human Resources team at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, your role involves following all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and upholding confidentiality of proprietary information. You will communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and demonstrate proper telephone etiquette. Building positive relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding to employee concerns appropriately are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you may be required to move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
