Human Resources Associate

As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking an HR Associate with 0-3 years of experience to play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of human resources within our organization. Your role involves acting as a bridge between management and employees, where you will handle inquiries, resolve conflicts, and implement HR strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating employee onboarding, providing support on HR-related topics, promoting HR programs, assisting in performance management tasks, analyzing HR metrics, organizing team-building activities, sending birthday and work anniversary messages, conducting reference checks, preparing confirmation letters, and performing other assigned HR duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in human resources or a related field, possess 0-3 years of experience in HR or a related area, be eager to learn, have good knowledge of MS Office (HRIS systems knowledge is a plus), exhibit excellent communication and people skills, showcase problem-solving abilities, demonstrate a desire to work collaboratively with a result-driven approach, and ideally have additional HR & SME training/certifications.
