At Eccentric, we are privileged to co-build the Virtual world with some of the best minds of our times. Since 2016, we are engaged in the Virtualization of Automotive Retail. We have helped leading Automotive Brands in the World experience the power of Virtual Interactions. Eccentric's mission is to build a Showroom-like experience in a virtual world where a vehicle buyer can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale, customize the vehicle, see exactly how it looks like, how much it will cost, and take a Virtual Consultation with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse). We are on a mission to enable 3D experiences for the world. Since the advent of the internet, tools have allowed people to express their creativity. However, the frontier of 3D experiences needs conquering. At Eccentric, we are building the infrastructure for creating 3D experiences, beginning with Enterprises and iconic transportation/mobility brands worldwide. Our One3D Engine is an alternative to Unreal Engine/Unity for brands to create immersive experiences for the web. We have single-handedly 3D-enabled the Automotive Retail ecosystem in India and have partnerships with Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Toyota, and over 3,000 car dealerships across the country. Our deployment markets now include Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, with plans for 10 more countries by 2025, including aggressive expansion into the USA & Europe. As an HR Associate at Eccentric, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle and supporting the HR department's strategic goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building a thriving workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive culture-building strategy that supports the organization's mission, vision, and values. - Designing and executing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. - Embedding core values into daily operations and decision-making processes, guiding employees and managers in living the values. - Developing effective communication channels and platforms to facilitate open dialogue, transparency, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. - Collaborating with the HR team to align performance management processes, policies, and practices with the desired culture. - Championing initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and a healthy work environment. - Establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of culture-building initiatives. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in culture-building, employee engagement, or organizational development is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, project management abilities, and proficiency in data analysis are essential for this role.,
