Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including maintaining and updating HR records and systems, assisting with benefits administration, supporting HR management, and participating in training activities. Day-to-day tasks will involve data entry, employee record maintenance, handling HRIS, coordinating HR policies, and assisting with the overall betterment of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and handling employee records
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Skills related to Training and development activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment or consulting industry is a plus
