Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Head to lead our Wealth Management Business in Gujarat . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding client relationships, and mentoring a team of 15+ Wealth Managers across the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the wealth management business across key cities in Gujarat. Manage and mentor a team of at least 15 Wealth Managers and team leads. Drive AUM growth, client acquisition, and cross-selling of financial products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, bonds, etc.). Build strong HNI/UHNI client relationships and ensure superior service delivery. Formulate and execute regional business strategies in alignment with national goals. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations. Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and operations teams for seamless execution. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Securities, or BFSI sector. Proven experience in handling and scaling regional teams. Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and client advisory. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
