Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and closing roles
Build a strong pipeline of PR, content, creative and operations talent
Create hiring scorecards, JD frameworks and interview processes
Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new joiners
Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, reviews and performance trackers
Set up HR processes, policies and systems that suit a growing agency
Manage leaves, payroll coordination, documentation and compliance
Implement performance review cycles and feedback systems
Build a positive and healthy workplace culture
Plan team activities, small celebrations and engagement initiatives
Ensure smooth internal communication and help resolve team concerns
Protect company values and maintain professionalism across the team
Support with vendor coordination, basic office operations and documentation
Assist the founder with day-to-day HR-related tasks as needed
