• Design engaging creatives for social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube thumbnails, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
• Create visuals that boost engagement, clicks, and conversions.
• Develop ad concepts, reels graphics, posters, and digital banners that drive ROI.
• Present work with rationale — show how your designs perform through campaign reports and results.

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative media.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• A strong design sense for layouts, colors, and storytelling through visuals.
• Understanding of social media trends, ad design strategy, and visual branding.
• A killer portfolio that shows creativity + commercial sense.
