Job Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Administrator to manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers. This role focuses on overseeing the ATS, maintaining recruitment pipelines, tracking key metrics, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in optimizing recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• ATS Management

  : Administer and update the ATS, ensuring accurate job postings, candidate profiles, and feedback. Troubleshoot technical issues and integrate ATS with other HR tools.

• Recruitment Tracker Management

  : Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor job openings, candidate pipelines, and key metrics like time-to-hire and interview-to-offer ratio.

• Job Posting & Communication

  : Coordinate job postings, ensuring accuracy, and communicate with candidates via ATS for interviews, offers, and feedback.
