Human Resources Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for sales, factory, and field teams
• Coordinate onboarding, attendance, payroll, and compliance (PF/ESI/etc.)
• Support sales and operations teams in performance tracking
• Maintain HR records and assist with internal team development
• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and basic admin tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years in HR, with team handling experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willing to learn and grow beyond core HR into sales/ops leadership
• Preferably from manufacturing, construction, or steel-related industries
• Female candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners only

Future Scope:

If performance aligns, the role may expand into Zonal Sales Management, with full team and dealer network responsibility.

Salary: ₹20,000–25,000/month
