Area Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Managers to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, expanding the dealer network, and driving business growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute area-level sales strategies and operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Promote TMT bars and building material products to retailers, contractors, and other target customers. Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in field sales; experience in the TMT or building materials industry is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler is mandatory along with valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licenses.
