Area Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve conducting market surveys and organizing activities such as Farmer group Meetings, Dairy Activities, and Door-to-Door initiatives. You will be responsible for managing a sales team of two to three juniors, guiding them towards achieving commercial goals and developing them for future responsibilities. Your tasks will include appointing new distributors and sub-distributors, as well as overseeing Point of Sale activities with the support of your team. Additionally, you will lead your teammates in competitive market activities like posters and wall paintings. You will collaborate with your immediate manager to define future growth plans and attend technical trainings, along with participating in monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reviews.
