Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Help in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Provide support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Positive attitude and a team player
