1.Sourcing Candidates through Job Portals/ Social Media/ LinkedIn and other sources
2.Responsible for the Closures of the candidates
3.Responsible for Line ups
4.Target of 5 to 6 closures a month.
5.Ensuring Various sources of recruitment apart from portals
6.Should be an aggressive recruiter with experience in handling large scale recruitment
7.Self Starter/ Go getter and independent worker willing to work under tremendous pressure
8.Shall be responsible for the overall 360 degree of recruitment right from the sourcing, to Interviewing to closure.
