Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry references.
Recruit for technical roles such as production, maintenance, quality, safety, mechanical, electrical, and plant operations.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage interview schedules, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and documentation.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory experience in the steel/metal/heavy manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of technical job roles in steel production, fabrication, rolling mills, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume hiring.
