Role & responsibilities Looking for Recruiter professional with core experience into sourcing of relevant profiles through various job portals ,understanding the company requirements , Screening and speaking to the candidates , Interview scheduling and co-ordination. Talent Acquisition Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and other social media connections Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement Lead employer branding initiatives- fostering relationships with potential colleges and institutes Handling visits by different institutes /colleges for branding initiatives Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Preferred candidate profile Experience into Manufacturing industry Experience into Sourcing of similar industry Well versed with the recruitment process in general Very focused to targets Follow the timelines rigrously
