Job Title: HR Recruiter – IT Staffing

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience Required: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities-

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other technical positions.
•  Source candidates using multiple channels – LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), references, and internal databases.
•  Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.  Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure smooth follow-ups with both clients and candidates.
•  Maintain professional and timely communication to deliver a positive candidate experience.
•  Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.
•  Stay updated with market trends, technology stacks, and innovative sourcing strategies. Candidate Profile
•  0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably with staffing agencies or consulting firms).
•  Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and the complete recruitment lifecycle.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
