About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on non-IT recruitment, primarily in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including field activities to source and engage candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, with a focus on BFSI.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and field activities.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in field recruitment drives, job fairs, and other on-ground sourcing events.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any graduate degree.
0-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment; experience in BFSI hiring is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle volume hiring.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
Immediate availability to join is required.
