Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both Non-IT and IT roles, with a strong focus on sourcing through the Naukri portal. Additionally, the role involves supporting general HR operations, including attendance management and employee coordination to ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Primary Focus 70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and IT positions across departments.
  • Source candidates through Naukri.com, job postings, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Operations & Support (30%)

  • Assist the HR Manager with daily attendance tracking and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees for addressing basic HR queries or concerns.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain HR records.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 year of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT).
  • Familiarity with Naukri.com and other job portals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
