Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and collect feedback
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company website
  • Help maintain and update the talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Eager to learn and grow in the field of HR recruitment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus, but not required
