We’re now looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Project Manager to help us scale and streamline our operations. https://www.hansmatrimony.com/ Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter who is fluent in both Hindi and English, with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of hiring for diverse roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Identify hiring needs and build job descriptions in coordination with department heads. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth interview and selection processes. Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards. Promote a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding. Support other HR functions like onboarding, induction, and documentation as needed. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written). Strong sourcing skills using tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards. Good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
