About the Role:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through
job boards (Naukri,Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
, social media, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide qualified candidates.
Negotiate pay rates with consultants and finalize offers in alignment with client budgets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and client requirements.
Maintain ATS/database with accurate and updated candidate information.
