Key Responsibilities: * Talent Sourcing: Leverage platforms such as Naukri.com, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates. * Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants, assessing their qualifications and cultural fit. * Background Verification: Perform basic background checks to ensure the credibility and reliability of potential hires. * Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. * Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment data using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or other collaboration platforms. * Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
