Position: HR Recruiter Experience:- 1-2 Years Role & Responsibilities: As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles across non-technical departments. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals. • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc. • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc. • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes . • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
