Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for
IT, Marketing, and Product roles
.
Understand job descriptions and requirements by closely coordinating with hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking
.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure a smooth and engaging
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary offers and finalize candidates in alignment with company policies.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or events.
Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience
in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in
IT, Marketing, and Product
domains.
Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with
job portals, and professional networking platforms
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
