Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, AD server and Access Points
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues LAN and WAN.
Implement and maintain virtual private networks (VPNs).
Implement security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Respond to security incidents and breaches.
Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
Regularly backup critical data and test recovery procedures.
Manage email servers and services.
Configure and troubleshoot email clients.
Implement spam filtering and email security measures.
Maintain an inventory of hardware assets.
Procure new hardware and software as needed, considering budget constraints and technology requirements.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Keep records of hardware and software licenses.
Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Respond to and resolve IT-related issues for call center staff.
Provide first-level support for desktops, headsets, VoIP phones, and CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Perform routine updates, patches, and backups.
Ensure antivirus and security protocols are up to date.
Set up new workstations and configure hardware/software.
Assist with onboarding of new employees by preparing IT equipment.
