Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, background verification, and HR induction.
  • Prepare and issue

    offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards

    .
  • Ensure a seamless joining experience and coordination with cross-functional teams (IT/Admin/Payroll).

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other employee movement letters.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll for inputs.

3. Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HRIS/HRMS data and generate reports as required.
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Support in internal and external audits by providing required HR data and documents.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate HR activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution with empathy and professionalism.

5. Exit & Full & Final Settlement

  • Manage exit formalities including resignation acknowledgment, clearance forms, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance for full and final settlements.
  • Update attrition data and analyze exit trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in

    Human Resources or Business Administration

    .
  • 3–5 years of experience

    in Core HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR processes, documentation, and compliance

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Excel

    .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
