Position:

About the Role

Fresher Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and junior positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screenings via phone or video calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates.
Assist in on-boarding activities for selected candidates.
Contribute to HR documentation, reporting, and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Only MBA Completed Candidates are preferred (2022-2025)
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

MBA/MSW/MA HRM 2022 - 2025
UG with 3 months recruitment experience.
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Max 14k to 15k takehome
