Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Assist in salary negotiations between the company and selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Recruitment Operations).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Master of Science in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR coordination, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and Hindi speaking skills required.
