Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise all on-site civil construction activities on a daily basis.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Monitor manpower, materials, and machinery utilization.
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site at all times.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager/engineer.
Verify measurements and assist in billing documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or B.E. in
Civil Engineering
from a recognized institution.
2 to 8 years
of experience in civil construction site supervision.
Hands-on experience in
structural, finishing, and concreting works.

Should ensure
quality, safety, and timely completion
of site activities.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email reporting) preferred.
