Immediate Openings: HR Recruiter & HR Intern (Domains: IT, Non-IT, BPO, Medical Coding)

Position Titles:

HR Recruiter & HR Intern.

Location:

Hyderabad (On-site).

Working Hours:

Fixed Day Shift:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
6 Days a Week
(Sunday Off).

Age Limit:

Maximum: 29 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any Degree / Any Post Graduate.

(Passed outs Only from 2024, 2025).

Experience:
0 to 3 years.
Preference:
Female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple domains.
Understand job requirements and draft job descriptions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and portals.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Ensure timely on-boarding in alignment with organisational needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

For HR Recruiters:

Take-home Salary:
18,000 25,000 per month.

For HR Interns:

Stipend:
15,000 per month (first 3 months).
Performance-Based Hike:
Up to 20,000 (Post 3 Months) .
