Position: HR Recruiter Experience Required: 4+ Years Location: Jaipur Company: Dainik Bhaskar Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel for at least 15 days a month CTC: As per company standards Job Summary: Dainik Bhaskar is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter with over 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various verticals. This role demands a proactive recruiter who is also open to frequent travel across locations for recruitment drives, campus hiring, and related activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus tie-ups Plan and conduct recruitment drives and interviews across different cities Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and ongoing roles Prepare job descriptions and publish job postings across relevant platforms Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding experience Maintain recruitment reports and trackers Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sourcing and networking capabilities Open to travel frequently – minimum 15 days a month (within Rajasthan and nearby states) Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously Knowledge of recruitment analytics and tools is a plus
