About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle full-cycle hiring for

    IT, Shopify development, digital marketing, sales, and leadership roles

    .
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple levels (Fresher to Experienced).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referral channels

    .
  • Create and maintain a talent network for recurring tech and marketing roles.
  • Use boolean searches, AI sourcing tools, and recruitment automation (as applicable).

3. Fresher & Campus Hiring

  • Plan and execute

    campus recruitment drives

    in colleges.
  • Attend seminars, represent the company in orientation talks.
  • Build long-term campus partnerships for continuous hiring.

4. Recruitment Branding

  • Promote job openings on social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/content team for recruitment-oriented creatives.

5. HR Coordination & Support

  • Maintain candidate MIS & recruitment dashboards.
  • Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
  • Should update ATS timely manner
  • Support documentation and joining formalities when required.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience

    in IT, software, digital marketing, sales or tech-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT roles

    (Shopify developers, Project Managers, SEO, PPC, SMO, Sales, marketing etc.).
  • Expertise in hiring through

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and campus networks

    .
  • Excellent communication skills — must be comfortable giving

    speeches in colleges, seminars, and campus events

    .
  • Ability to handle both

    fresher and lateral hiring

    independently.
  • Strong coordination, follow-ups, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and high-energy personality.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
