Job Description

Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics is Looking for Full Time Recuriter .

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for all assigned positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create/review job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. Candidate Management

Create positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS).
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verification as required.
Communicate job offers, negotiate terms, and support onboarding.

3. Employer Branding

Represent the company positively across social media and job fairs.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and HR events.

4. Reporting & Compliance

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly/monthly hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain accurate hiring documents and candidate records.

5. Additional HR Support

Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement activities.
Support other HR functions as assigned (onboarding, orientation, documentation, etc.).

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Experience with ATS platforms and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate fit and potential.
Good understanding of recruitment best practices.
Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices.
