Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Payroll Processing:

- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees

- Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees

- Calculate employee wages, deductions, bonuses, and taxes

- Maintain and update payroll records and documentation

- Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- File PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory returns

- Prepare and submit statutory contributions and deductions

- Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities

- Recruitment Operations:

- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes

- Salary Sheet and Reporting:

- Prepare and distribute salary sheets to employees

- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management

- Employee Support:

- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies

- Provide excellent support to employees on payroll matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- High degree of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
