We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer with extensive experience in the end-to-end design of high-speed, RF, mixed-signal, and power boards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing complex multilayer PCBs (16+ layers), working closely with FPGA, DDR, microcontroller, and power systems, while ensuring optimal signal and power integrity across designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, layout, and validation of high-speed, mixed-signal, and RF PCB assemblies with 16 layers.
Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, and mechanical teams to translate schematics into optimized PCB layouts.
Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations and analysis
Design high-speed interfaces including DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, LVDS, JESD204B/C, Ethernet, USB, and SERDES.
Integrate FPGAs, Microcontrollers, RF front-ends, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, and power circuits into robust PCB systems.
Define PCB stack-up, impedance control, trace matching, and high-speed routing strategies.
Conduct design reviews, and work closely with fabrication and assembly vendors.
Develop and maintain PCB design guidelines, libraries, and best practices for the team.
