We are seeking a highly motivated Antenna Design Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience in antenna design, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of antenna principles and practical expertise in tuning, testing, and working with both linear and 3D module antennas.
Interpret and analyze antenna specifications to define the appropriate antenna type and design approach.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to antenna design, performance, and compliance.
Perform tuning and testing of antennas to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
Work on linear and 3D module antennas with hands-on experience in design, assembly, and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, RF, and system engineers, to ensure seamless integration.
Conduct performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and optimization of antenna designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and new technologies in antenna design.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in antenna design, testing, and documentation.
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, impedance matching, and antenna measurement techniques.
Experience with RF simulation tools and test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
Ability to interpret specifications and translate them into design requirements.
Good communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
Exposure to electromagnetic simulation software CST, HFSS, FEKO, etc.
Knowledge of antenna integration in complex systems.
