Job Title: PCB Design Engineer Company: Skroman Switches Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years in PCB Designing Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement circuit simulations, schematics, and PCB layouts for embedded systems. Develop high-speed board designs, perform schematic design and layout reviews, and ensure thorough testing and integration. Manage and maintain hardware throughout the product life cycle. Select appropriate electronic components and design efficient, scalable circuits. Conduct testing and debugging of embedded hardware systems. Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and performance of circuit designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and component datasheets. Advanced proficiency in circuit design and PCB design (including multilayer PCBs with 6+ layers). Understanding of creepage and clearance constraints and adherence to industry-standard PCB design guidelines. Sound knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in BMS (Battery Management Systems) and BLDC controller PCB design and development. Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB design. Experience with PSpice for circuit design and simulation. Familiarity with CAM validation tools such as CAM350. Working experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Asana, and version control systems such as GIT. About Skroman Switches Pvt.
