Good communication skills and basic excel is must

Role & responsibilities

Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities (documentation, ID creation, induction scheduling).
Support HRMS data entry, employee record management, and documentation.
Help in managing attendance, leaves, and payroll support data.
Coordinate with different departments for employee queries and documentation needs.
Assist in HR compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and insurance documentation.
Help in preparing HR reports and MIS on a weekly/monthly basis.
Support in organizing HR engagement activities and events.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

completed Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR operations and processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior internship in HR/operations will be an added advantage.
