Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar, labour,
and non-IT positions.
Conduct
training for blue-collar and labour
to improve skills and productivity.
Experience of recruitment platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and others for candidate sourcing.
Create and manage recruitment advertisements on social media platforms (Instagram, etc.).
Be open to occasional travel to different company sites as required for recruitment, training, or HR support activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience of hiring in HR with a focus on blue-collar, labour, and non-IT recruitment.
Minimum 2 years of experience of hiring at Job portals (like Nauktri.com, Linkedin.com etc.)
Experience with creating ads on social media.
