Human Resource Manager (2–4 Years) – NIGHT SHIFT Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Experience: 2–4 Years Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, recruitment, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities and will work closely with management to build a positive, productive, and structured workplace environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection). Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding. 2. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation as per company policies. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters. Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly HR reports. 3. Employee Engagement & Relation implement employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution. Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction. 4. Performance Management Manage probation reviews, appraisals, and performance evaluation cycles. Work with managers to set KRAs/KPIs and track performance improvements. 5. Payroll Coordination Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives). Ensure accuracy in employee compensation and statutory compliance. 6. Policy Implementation Develop and update HR policies, processes, and SOPs. Ensure adherence to company policies and workforce discipline. 7. Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Maintain compliance documents and audit-ready reports. Requirements MBA in HR (Mandatory). 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
