We’re Hiring – HR Manager (0–1 Year Experience)

Location:

proactive and detail-oriented HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding & induction.
  • Process payroll & ensure PF/ESIC compliance.
  • Coordinate performance reviews & address employee queries.
  • Organize engagement activities & maintain employee records.
  • Support training programs & manage employer branding on social media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
  • 0–1 year experience (IT recruitment, payroll & compliance preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills & MS Office/Google Suite proficiency.
