Job Summary

HR Manager

This role requires managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring, and coordinating with the management team to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment

    National and Global Sales Position

    .
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment flow.

2. Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Assess candidates communication skills, sales aptitude, and suitability for international markets.
  • Conduct HR rounds and ensure candidates meet job requirements.
  • Evaluate candidates on attitude, professionalism, and cultural fit.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with management and sales teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and open positions.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.

4. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure the completion of documentation and background verification as required.

5. Employer Branding

  • Assist in promoting the company brand on portals and LinkedIn.
  • Write and post attractive job descriptions on various hiring platforms.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience hiring for International Sales or similar voice-based roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions at once.
  • Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn search strategies.
  • Strong screening, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end HR recruitment processes independently.

Eligibility

  • Education:

    Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience:

    2 - 4 years of experience in HR recruitment (International Sales hiring preferred).
