Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in implementing and managing HRIS systems to streamline processes and enhance data management.
  • Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluation.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making.
  • Support in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
