Human Resource Intern

Overview

Seeking a highly capable and professional HR Intern to support senior HR leadership and manage key operational projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting strategic and administrative HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Provide direct administrative and project support to the HR Executive or Department Head.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting HR metrics (e.g., turnover, cost-per-hire) for executive review.
• Policy & Compliance: Help draft, review, and communicate updates to internal HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance.
• Recruitment Coordination: Manage complex interview scheduling and coordination
• Employee Relations Administration: Document and track internal employee queries and help maintain necessary confidential records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management / PGDM in HR , or related field.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Exceptional professional demeanor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in advanced functions of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation).
• Prior internship experience in a professional office environment is a plus.
