Human Resource Intern

bout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team for a 4-month paid internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to various aspects of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordination and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage and update candidate databases and job postings on various portals.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds.
• Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates currently pursuing regular/offline education will not be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
