Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Intern role based in Surat. The intern will assist in managing HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, coordinating staff events, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or knowledge in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR tools/software
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
