• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain candidate database and track application status
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes
• Draft and update HR documents and policies
• Organize employee engagement activities
• Help with attendance & performance tracking
• Support HR audits and compliance tasks
