Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resource intern. The Human Resource intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily tasks include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience or knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
